AHD Digital Link

AHD Advanced Digital linking of several devices together makes their GO and E-STOP buttons work at the same time on all units in chain. Controller works in MASTER/SLAVE mode. It also offers the advanced link features like LINK disconnection, GROUP control of hoist by single directional switch and additional functionalities like transfer of various command messages across linked network

SRS THERMAL MANAGEMENT

SRS devices are 100% duty cycle rated – they can run at full load, continuously, for any length of time without overheating. The heat sink is big enough to keep the temperature on low level that guarantees reliability and long time functionality. That is the reason why our units are more than 30% heavier than competitors’ units.

SW UPDATE

Software update is a feature that uses a USB to RS485 cable for the software update. Using the SW-UPG cable, devices that are not equipped with a USB port can be connected to the computer. (Some restriction may apply!)

GROUP STOP

GST unit is equipped with the GROUP STOP functionality. This means that if any of the hoist protection devices like MCB or Motor Starter is activated by an overload, the controller stops its operation and requires an action. Moreover, in the link mode, all units that are linked come to halt in order to offer highest lever of safety.

LINKABLE VIA ANALOG LINE

Linking several devices together via ANALOG line makes their GO and E-STOP buttons work at the same time on all units in chain. There is several restrictions of number of linked devices. Please consult usage of unit with ANALOG link line.

APA (Automatic Phase Align)

This feature automatically detects the rotation of phases on mains. In case of inversion, the motor controller aligns the phases automatically to provide safe UP/DOWN operation.

MPA (Manual Phase Align)

Devices containing this feature are equipped with an input reversible connector that allows its user manually swap the align of phases without any tools.

ESTOP

Built-in safety procedures guarantee safe E-STOP functionality under all conditions. Unit with this technology is build with guidelines of latest requests of safety procedures.

USB

Software update is possible via USB port located on device. Same USB port is also used for transfer of settings, data backup and other functions

AVM (Automatic Voltage Metering)

The device is equipped with unique AVM module, which guarantees that the controller operation is enabled only when all three phases are present and the voltage falls into specified range. Otherwise the hoist controller stops to ensure safe operation.

RCBO

RCBO is a combination of RCD life protection device that is usually 30mA and the MCB magnetic circuit breaker in a single device. It helps to reduce space in high-density systems and offers highest level of life protection to avoid unnecessary tripping of RCDs. This is done thanks to its multi-channel leak detection.

GCT

Group Control Technology offers simple control of multiple channels via single switch of the CMG remote. The control behavior can be programmed using the USB programmer.

HYMAG RCBO

<p>HYMAG RCBO is a combination of RCD life protection device that is usually 30mA and the HMCB hydraulic-magnetic circuit breaker in a single device. It helps to reduce space in high-density systems and offers highest level of life protection to avoid unnecessary tripping of RCDs. Always keep rated current within the temperature range -40ºC - +85ºC.</p>
